When I found out that Starbucks Coffee Shop which was one of the famous coffeehouse chains in the world will have its very own Starbucks here in the city of Cagayan de Oro, I’m really excited to check it out and try it since Ive never been to that popular coffee shop ever.
Just in time when my mom spent her holiday here, I was able to dine in and got refreshed when I tried out their yummy frappucino. Next time I’m gonna try out their freshly brewed coffee and espresso beverages too.Starbucks here in Cagayan de Oro branch is located at the former Parking Lot A of LimKetKai Center in front of Missy Bon Bon breadshop and Mc Donald’s.
I seldom see this so called Pure Buko Juice that’s being sold here in our local fast food, eatery and some Carenderias that’s why I always buy one whenever I see it. I actually love its taste. It’s just the same as the real and pure buko juice around. It’s unsweetened, has no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners and it has a real young coconut meat inside too.
Have you also tried drinking this kind of pure buko juice in can or in plastic cup?
Have you been wondering while you’re sipping on your Chardonnay, if white wine offers all the benefits than red wine? According to several studies from wine drinkers, it helps to elevate the levels of good cholesterol in the body and lowered risk of stroke, cancer and coronary heart disease. It also act as an antioxidants and protect our body against cell damage, stomach ulcers, and even stimulates appetite and calms the anxiety state.
Moderate wine drinkers have also been shown to have less abdominal fat that drinkers of other types of alcoholic beverages. Wine also increases the body’s calorie burn rate as its metabolism level up after drinking a glass. Wow! I think I better drink white wine moderately every day in order for me to stay slim and healthy. ^_^
