CASSAVA FRITTERS
There’s this woman that sells this cassava fritters every afternoon on our street. I ate this often but it was only this time that I have taken a photo of it. I don’t know how to make this though, but I only know one thing that’s certain … to munch it crunchy …LOL!
But kidding aside this is made of ground cassava, fried and then topped with caramelized sugar. The process which I don’t know how to.
