BATCHOY
This is yet another all-time favorite of mine – batchoy. Not the special with egg, I don’t like the aroma of the egg that passes through my nose while sipping. I love it plain or the restos call it ‘regular batchoy’.
Some crushes the ‘chicharon’ topping but I love it whole, that’s why my favorite destination when I’m craving for batchoy here in Davao is Cecils. See that? Whole Chicharon, love it!
