HALO-HALO
We call this locally ‘halo-halo’ meaning mixed-up. ‘Halo-halo’ has already been part of Filipinos all-time favorite cold delights. Being in the tropics people need to cool down and often eating just plain shaved ice is not fun at all, whoever invented to put a lot of sweet yummies, like sweetened beans, jackfruit, jellies, bananas, leche flan, etc. and top it with icecream…I owe it to that fella…
