TATARENHUT – One of Swiss Specialty

Since my mom is working and currently living in Switzerland, I was interested to know to more about Swiss food and their specialty. She introduced me to one of their specialty which is called as the TATARENHUT. It is usually the culinary highlight and specialty of the house on some of the luxurious hotels in Swiss.

This metallic tartar hat is usually placed over ember in the middle of the table and you just simply put your favorite fine beef,sausages, marinated pork or crispy sliced bacon on this charcoal heated device and cook it on your own way. You can even add mixed salad,vegetables, and berries at the side of this Tatar’s Hat table-top grill. It looks so tempting and delicious. I can’t wait to try it  when we have our Swiss Holiday soon.
