A Birthday Serenade and a Gift
It has been our church tradition where we usually do a Mañanita serenade to every birthday celebrant who is a member of our church. We wake up so early in the morning at around 3 am and we go together to the celebrant’s house and sing an inspirational Christian song and a Birthday song as well. We are delighted to see the celebrant who will open the door and see the smile on his or her face while all of us are serenading.
My family and I also got serenaded before and it was such a happy and memorable moment for all of us. It is such an overwhelming experience to remember when you also received Gift Baskets for birthday and other surprise birthday treats. A happy moments like these is such a wonderful memories to remember. Thanks to our fellow church members who are very sweet and thoughtful enough to remember us specially when our birthday comes.
