Spaghetti Carbonara, anyone? Gosh! I am craving now coz it looks so creamy and delicious! This is my mom’s a la Carbonara straight from her kitchen. If you don’t know it yet, Spaghetti Carbonara is one of the most popular Italian pasta dishes.
This carbonara recipe combines cream, eggs, cheese and bacon. The key to good spaghetti alla carbonara, like any good piece of cooking, and especially this one, is the quality of the ingredients.
