White Wine Health Benefits
Have you been wondering while you’re sipping on your Chardonnay, if white wine offers all the benefits than red wine? According to several studies from wine drinkers, it helps to elevate the levels of good cholesterol in the body and lowered risk of stroke, cancer and coronary heart disease. It also act as an antioxidants and protect our body against cell damage, stomach ulcers, and even stimulates appetite and calms the anxiety state.
Moderate wine drinkers have also been shown to have less abdominal fat that drinkers of other types of alcoholic beverages. Wine also increases the body’s calorie burn rate as its metabolism level up after drinking a glass. Wow! I think I better drink white wine moderately every day in order for me to stay slim and healthy. ^_^
