Yummy Sunday: Schnitzel Pommes Frites

For this week’s Yummy Sunday entry I am featuring one of my mom’s favorite food called Schnitzel Pommes Frites.  For those  of you who did not know yet, my mom is currently living in Switzerland and since this blog of mine is all about food and culture, I will also feature some foods from foreign countries.

So here’s a Schnitzel in German which means  a cutlet without bones which is coated in breadcrumbs. It is usually serve with some salt , a slice of lemon, salad and fries.

    U-uh…It looks delicious. Personally I really love spicy food, but I always appreciate a good skill from a chef who made the food with all his or her heart.
